These aren’t very crazy ideas, it’s just very random thoughts I’ve been having about life as a whole.
First: I was wondering why my android battery was working so badly this week. It seemed to have dropped extremely quickly and worst than anything else, I felt I under utilized the phone as a tool for writing. I’ve been watching YouTube in black and white on it, and reading a lot but not writing. The horrors, I’ve added on a device I don’t need and the battery is dying! I thought.
But I realised it’s coming Friday in a few hours, and my last charge was on Sunday earlier this week. So it survived from Sunday evening until now (Thursday midnight Friday morning) and the battery is just above half.
So it is a pretty nifty device, and yes, I decided to write the wrong.
Another silly idea was how much junk my wife will need to clear when I die, when I do die. The trouble with this is never really know when you die.
So the minimalists will trim their item range while alive. That’s great, everyone just has to toss your journals and random uniform and voila, the earth has forgotten you. Alternatively (and seems to be my current direction) you amass a ton, and hope your legacy includes a hoard of books and nonsense over the years. Let our offspring decide.
Both ways, I think it is something I think about often, along with best ways to travel around the world. (I do think about my routes and I think took the game of it right).
